AHEAD is looking for a React Front End Developer to work closely with our dynamic project teams. This React Front End Developer will be responsible for developing and designing a front-end client-facing portal with members of the development team. In addition, this professional will be responsible for the design and development of the front-end product and connectivity with back-end data functions.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture along with the APIs to support it
  • Creating wireframes and mockups from scratch using tools such as Sketch or Figma
  • Communicating and support Design Thinking to stakeholders and development team
  • Assisting the development team in troubleshooting, coding, testing, implementation, and documenting solutions
  • Develop highly-responsive, web-based user interfaces
  • Construct visualizations that can depict vast amounts of data

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer
  • Experience with Azure and supporting hybrid cloud environments with SQLServer
  • UI/UX design experience with wireframing tools such as Sketch or Figma
  • Experience migrating servers
  • Experience in Database tuning with SQL (SQL Tuning)
  • Experience in back up recovery
  • Proficient with version control tools (ex. GitHub)
  • Proficient with front-end technologies such as HTML5 / CSS
  • Experience with REACT and/or AngularJS is required
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Updated portfolio required
  • Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Team Player
